At the beginning of the year, the BME organizes a series of events that has become a fixture in the purchasing year. Every March, four one-day conferences focusing on very similar topics are held in the four most densely populated areas in Northern, Western, Central, and Southern Germany. The emphasis is on a variety of best-practice lectures on purchasing and logistics topics. In addition, individual concepts of the five companies nominated for the annual Innovation Prize are introduced.
