Under the aspect of data protection and confidentiality, we expressly point out that you are obliged to treat all data made available to you within the scope of the project „Benchmarking Energy Prices“ by AMMPL as confidential. Please make certain that the data are neither disclosed nor distributed to third parties.

The names of participating companies are not disclosed in order to maintain the highest possible levels of confidentiality.

Data entry masks are made available to participants for the purpose of data entry.

Participation requires membership of the company in the AMMPL and the payment of a participation fee of 250.00 € +VAT for one energy supply point. A fee of 50.00 € +VAT is charged for each additional energy supply point. A fee of 30.00 € +VAT applies from the 11th energy supply point onward.

Upon receipt of the enclosed, completed registration form at AMMPL, the participant’s registration is confirmed and he is obliged to pay the amount invoiced by AMMPL upon receipt of the invoice. After payment of the participation fee, the participant is entitled to have the data submitted on the questionnaire evaluated.

For the purpose of evaluation, the energy prices paid by the evaluated company are valued at 100%, while the prices paid by other participants are expressed as a percentage thereof. After completion of the evaluation, the participant receives an overview showing the lowest, average and highest prices expressed as a percentage in relation to his own prices and supply structures. The results of the evaluation are made available in encrypted form.

We would like to expressly point out that we cannot extend any guarantee for the availability of comparison figures for each of your supply structures. In this case, there will be no reduction of the participation fee.

Please understand that we cannot assume any liability within the scope of this project.

The conditions of participation in the respective current version are binding for participation in this project.
