Please make certain that the data are neither disclosed nor distributed to third parties.
The names of participating companies are not disclosed in order to maintain the highest possible levels of confidentiality.

For the purpose of data entry, a data entry software is made available to participants.

After submitting your registration, you receive a software with data entry mask for entry of your data. The questions are structured so that your finance and personnel departments, aside from purchasing, are able to participate in providing the required answers. After receipt of your data they will be evaluated.

The results of your individual BENCHMARKINGplus will be made available to you from middle of March. This is to assure that the evaluations are made using the largest possible amount of data.

Payment of participation fee is required for participation in benchmarking.
The participation fee is 1,680.00 €. AMMPL members are charged a reduced participation fee in the amount of 1,280,00 €.

Upon receipt of the enclosed, completed registration form at AMMPL, the participant’s registration is confirmed and he is obliged to pay the participation fee invoiced by AMMPL upon receipt of the invoice. After payment of the participation fee, the participant is entitled to have his data for the selected areas evaluated.

After a period of 12 months following the receipt of the registration by AMMPL, the participation period is extended, with all rights and obligations, by a period of another 12 months, if the participant does not terminate his participation in writing with a notice period of three months prior to the end of the term or if the project is canceled by AMMPL.

In case of price adjustments, which are expressly reserved by AMMPL, the participant is entitled to terminate his further participation by serving notice within four weeks after being notified of the price adjustment by AMMPL.

The results of the evaluation are made available in electronic form on USB sticks and in form of a booklet. With your personal evaluation, you will receive:

• visualized evaluations per index figure
• recommended action for selected index figures
• result overview with ranking of your organization in comparison to all organizations, the industry and broken down by turnover classification
• identification of areas with most urgent catching up to do
• executive summary with selected results and recommended action

The conditions of participation in their respective current version are binding for participation in this project.
